Our declaration

PeakAI does not sell your personal information for money.

PeakAI does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

This is true for every user, in every region, by default. You do not have to opt out. You are already opted out.

What this means in plain words

We do not sell or share any of the following with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else:

Your email address
Your name
Your food logs, scans, or supplement history
Your goal, diet preferences, or allergies
Your voice when you talk to JARVIS
Photos you take with the camera in the app
Any identifier tied to your account

We do not use your data to power targeted advertising on other websites or apps. We do not work with ad networks. We do not run third-party ad tags inside the app or on this website.

Your CCPA and CPRA rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

Right to know. Ask what personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we share with.
Right to delete. Ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.
Right to correct. Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Where the law applies, ask us to limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the service.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing. You are already opted out by default. We do not sell. We do not share for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.

How to submit a request

Email support@peakai.app from the email tied to your PeakAI account. Tell us which right you want to exercise.

We respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension if the request is complex. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Submitting a request through an authorized agent

You can have someone else submit a request for you. We will need:

A signed written authorization from you giving the agent permission to act on your behalf.
Identity verification from both you and the agent.
Or, a valid Power of Attorney under California Probate Code sections 4000 to 4465.

Children under 16

We do not knowingly process the personal information of California consumers under 16 for sale or sharing. Even though we do not sell or share for any consumer, the law requires us to spell this out. Parents and guardians who believe their child has provided information should contact support@peakai.app.

If our practice ever changes

If PeakAI ever changes this practice and begins selling or sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, we will update this page, provide a working opt-out link, and notify active accounts before the change takes effect.
