This page covers one thing: the email address you give us to join the Peak AI waitlist. It is not about the Peak AI app.

Who is responsible

Peak AI is the data controller for the waitlist. You can reach us at support@joinpeakai.com.

What we collect

• Your email address. You type it in.
• An approximate country. Our host works this out from your IP address at the moment you submit, and we store the two letter country code. We do not store your IP address.
• Where you came from. A short tag naming the page or link that brought you, when one is available.
• The date and time you joined.

That is the whole list. No name, no phone number, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers.

What we do with it

We send you email about the Peak AI launch: founder notes, product previews, and word of when it opens. The country and referrer decide which of those messages are relevant to you, so you get fewer emails rather than more.

We do not sell your address, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the waitlist: an email platform that stores the list and sends the messages, and a website host that serves this page and passes your submission along. They act only on our instructions and may not use your address for anything of their own.

These providers are outside the EEA and the UK, so transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses in our agreements with them. If you want to know exactly which providers we use, email support@joinpeakai.com and we will tell you.

Joining, and leaving

There is no confirmation step. The address you submit joins the list immediately, which is why the field asks for one you actually read.

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and it works on the first click. You can also email support@joinpeakai.com and ask to come off, and we will do it by hand.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until twenty four months after the launch campaign ends, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe we keep the address on a suppression list, and nothing else, so that we do not accidentally add you again later.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EEA or the UK you can also object to us using it and withdraw your consent at any time, and withdrawing does not affect anything we sent before you did. If you are in California you can request access and deletion, and we do not sell or share personal information.

Email support@joinpeakai.com and we will answer within thirty days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
